Federal officials have insisted that consumers have almost nothing to fear Note the appearance of the word "almost". <s> The "downer" point is interesting. The first few stories I read was that the animal was a downer, then I read a subsequent story where they said that was an error. There was a story floating earlier in the day that the beef industry exporters are wondering what happens to all the beef that was already shipped prior to countries suspending beef imports. They're hoping that the importing countries will accept it anyway. Good news about the oxtails! I don't have it often, but it's a fine dish. Thanks for finding that. jttmab
