The rest of the country doesn't know the Old Goat Giuliani of September 10th. They only know the National Hero Giuliani of September 11th.

I don't think they are worried, Mike. But you made a good point earlier about Cheney having a perfect excuse to withdraw without it hurting Bush.

I think both Bush and Cheney have a "screw you" attitude toward the chatter against Cheney.
