Great advice.

I made and incredibly good cheesecake based on a TV cooking show recipe - the best Italian cheesecake....

8 eggs beaten
2 cups sour cream
2 cups cooked farina
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 lemon's zest
cinnamon grahm cracker shell

Blend everything except shell together in food processor until smooth. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes. (I turned heat up to 425 during the last 15 minutes to brown surface a bit and to get it to puff a bit to show it was finished.)

When cool, I added an icing layer of sour cream and another layer of strawberry preserves. It needed the sweetness of the preserves as there was no sugar in it. YUM!

Next time I will add about 24 packets of Equal before blending so it will be sweet enough to eat plain.
