Chuck, if after 2 years on the war against terrorism, if after the capture of Saddam (who I think does not have much to do with Osama), Bush admits that the world is not safer and requires air marshals on foreign carriers, then where is the progress on the war against terrorism.

When one requires air marshals, then people wonder what is wrong with ground security? Why has Bush lost faith in ground security?

Show me the "kick ass" approach is succeeding. For all the kick ass thoughts you have provided, you have missed out on those which are important to the common American voter: has our President been successful at balancing the need for security, liberty and economic stability for those who elected him. This is nothing new, this is not my invention. I am pointing you in the direction of what happened to Bush Sr. He won the battle in the battlefield but lost the war at the ballot box. YOu cannot win the ballot with the bullet. At least not in America.
