Ah, I see! Use all the money available to build and make stuff like crazy, transforming money into something tangible before the system goes KABOM!

So that when the systems re-starts, the stuff you use the money for, is already there a la those buildings factories and infra the Thais and Malays have down here post 1997 melt down.

I think it beast spending on 'defense' and missile shields or doling up pseudo jobs of security personal.

Jay, I presumed inflation brings with it proportional interest rate increases which would preserve the savings.
