I concede that expensing options will reduce options at corporations where the use of options has been abusive. After all, that usually happens when abuses come to light. But I have not seen a convincing reason why expensing would reduce use of options at companies where their use has been reasonable. Do you know of one? Indeed, anti-expensing people usually don't present a reason at all. They merely just say it will, somewhat like you just did. Regards, Ron
