Brazil can be against the Iraq war and the president is received at the White House after that. After he goes to Syria, Iraq and Lybia and Bush can't say anything.
The US can't mess up with Brazil.

And I will add, Brazil will be the first country to be removed form the mugshot finger printing list. Give you two months.
