It would be interesting to see her in an interview. A better example of this type of article is Chris Hitchens, ex-socialist now turned neocon shill living in palaces when in Iraq, and a regular on shows like Hardball. Last night he was in fine form, listing the same issues, but now attacking Dean specifically as the front runner, sputtering that he's a "dispicable human being". I went to my first Dean get-together last night, and these sorts of screeds are part of the growing background noise of misinformation. E.g. When Mr. Bush first ran for president in 2000, I found both his politics and his campaign methods anathema to the American concept of justice. I was with the many who questioned whether his intellect, interest, and experience were commensurate with the demands of being the leader of the free world. I didn't approve of his so-called middle-class tax cuts, nor his incorporating nuclear power into his energy plan, nor his judgment in appointing an attorney general inclined to sheathe immodest works of art. The general feeling at the get-together was Bush is "anathema to the American concept of justice", and certainly question Bush's intelligence, motives and experience. The common assumption is that Bush is a front for the same group and advisors with Bush I. The AG covering statues is irrelevant, there are much more serious issues. The comments on previous administrations vs terrorism requires disclosure of records being withheld by the Bush regime. Reagan, Bush I and Clinton records are kept sealed under order of Bush II past the Congressionally-mandate dates, particularly those involving intel involvement with terrorists in 1979 and later in Afghanistan and elsewhere. To claim these as irrelevant to investigations into the origins of terrorism, while accepting the official "trust me" explanations doesn't pass the smell test.
