Yes.

That's exactly it. And of course on SI you get to see it in excruciating detail. It's priceless to see people evaluate everything (left and right) without even the smallest allowance ever given that things may not be exactly as they perceive them, that there might, in fact, be a huge grayland, outside the land of black and white. Many people are much more comfortable with black and white,and they seem to find gray paralyzing and frightening. I'm the opposite. I find people who fail to perceive the gray extremely scary, since they seem to be decoupled from reality. If were actually operating in an alternate reality of black and white I wouldn't have a problem with them, but they seem to be mucking up my reality.
