Clinton quote:
"every single religious track tells us that there will be troubles, wars and rumors of war

It is pathetic that Clinton made such a speech even as he was chopping the intell budgets and programs.
I must note that this is the first time I ever recall reading Clinton predict religious wars.

He was obviously well informed at the time of that speech on July 14, 1995. Look at what happened after he gave it:

With the exception of war zones, we are now enjoying the longest period of no significant attacks on US interests since Clinton gave that speech applauding "33 streamlining recommendations set out by Vice President Gore".
