That must be a vacation home I too have suffered significantly increased property taxes on non homesteaded land that I own, however on homestead property (primary residence) they are limited to 3% increases. I think that the reason you and I are getting hit on non homestead property so hard is cause they cant go after the vast majority of the individually owned property in Fla. jdn
