That's a great thing for them to be, for they are shielded (lack awareness) of the transformation presently taking place and of course they will not know what will hit them. It will just be business as usual and do with less. Union jobs such as trash (sanitation) collectors in large metropolitan areas such as LA make close to $100,000 a year.
