In reality i would expect in the end that clark and kerry as well as gephardt and lieberman would in the end be pretty mainstream and keep much of the same policy. If we have bin laden in our sights i cant imagine any of them asking the UN or the euros for permission. Their problems have arisen in trying to garner a nomination when an extremist has gotten control of 100% the left wing of their party.

I believe this is true...This way, the left never has to make a decision, and can always blame whatever happens on someone else.
