Kenneth is what he says he is. He was an attorney working for Washington State in the early 60s. He was assigned to Labor and Industry and handled workmens comp cases etc. Acted in whatever was the states interest I would think. He then used that experience to practice privately in the area of Social Security and Workmen's Compensation.

He isn't dishonest in that respect. Intellectual dishonest during an argument, however, that is "lawyerin" ;)
