Bill,
Hi!!

Five Big Tech Trends to Watch in 2004

Interesting comment here towards the end of his article...

re: . But it's great news for companies such as Dell Computer (DELL:Nasdaq - commentary - research) that have mastered the art of using what I call other people's components to drive down the costs of their own finished goods. Dell already sells a 30-inch liquid crystal display TV for $3,000. I can't wait to see what the company can do once it gets really serious about this business. To ride this next big thing, I'd pick Intel and Dell Computer.

Amazing amount of interest in Costco yesterday...Went there for the first time and found these plasma screens to be an attraction...Had seen them before at a Best Buy but didn't have the opportunity to notice how many seem to be gawking at them...
Awhile back I read an interesting prediction that by 2006 the sales of these will go from a little over a million in 02 to 19 million...I'm quite sure DELL would love to have just 10% of that market.. :o)

Thanks for the link!

Best, Kemble
