KR. but to my understanding sometimes those folks are still listed as not employed perhaps as opposed to unemployed. If that sector grows, those folks do in fact work but sometimes no payroll at the beginning and i bet some continue to collect unemployment illegally for as long as they can in order to make a go of it. You know, put the wife on the books--two jobs for her and none for the real boss. This happens all the time at the turn. And in the following years a certain percentage of these businesses flourish and the ones that dont usually find jobs at some point. Mike
