A liberal is a conservative who hasn't been mugged yet. Thats a good one and so true!! Here is a good story, dont read anything into it relating to today, its from the PAST. I grew up in the Segregated South, my brother served in the USMC in WWII. When the war ended and he came home he was pretty upset with some of the Racist things he saw. He commented that he fought with blacks in his unit and some of them died for this country and didnt deserve the treatment etc etc they got back home. Then since it was close to Christmas, we went to Key West to celebrate. While there a black stole his wallet. He immediately started hollering about segregation, I said, Bill, I thought you were an Integrationist. I think that ended the conversation. haha. jdn
