I don't believe that Shrubbery worried about solving domestic problems for the majority of Americans. He has proven time and again that he is working aggressively for the very wealthy individual and corporation. This is the part about the right-wing I don't understand. Bush isn't for making the average American's life better, he's come out very publicly for a small minority of the population. Why aren't more people outraged by both his stance and his actions? Are the American people really this gullible? Medicare reform to cement profits for drug companies at the expense of seniors. Energy bill to avoid liability for profiting polluters. Foreign policy to aid oil contractors at the expense of citizen soldiers. Ditto environmental and education bills. Bush is deliberately and overtly destroying the social fabric put into place during the last century. Anyone who wants to return to the US of the 1800s and earlier should run, not walk, to Afghanistan and any one of the other medieval societies out there.
