It's so hard to believe someone so dim could be in the Oval Office just doing what his puppetmasters tell him to do.

Recall that by the middle of Ron Reagan's second term, his dementia was already at such an advanced stage that it could be argued that he was nothing but clay in the hands of his moulders as well.
