You hit the nail on the head.

If subscriptions are increasing, there is additional cash flow to pay the escalating bills.

But if subs drop from 110k to 8.5k in a relatively short time period, not only do the current bills not get paid, but the future ones as well. Taxes are always the last to get paid, because you are charged for income already collected and in most cases already spent.

Still in the dark about what happened, or just want to keep your head stuck in the sand?
