Rnaapp disappeared :-) <<"C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zauninst.exe" /clean /rmlicense (add a space and then the /clean) I typed in space before the clean... left it out before the /rmlicense... got a message that windows didn't recognize the switch... put in a space before the /rmlicense and proceeded without a hitch. Should of copied and pasted and saved myself a step ;-) I went back to the zaSetup 37 211 version just in case anyone else wants to try the same. steve
