Q:<Why is US always the bad guy?> A: It hasn't been that way always. The US displayed a vast amount of virtue 300+ years ago but that's all been lost. In the mid to late part of the 19th century we, as a nation, lost our moral compass... from my perspective I'd say 'round about 1890, give or take a decade. Q: <Why no credit for the good things we do?> A: If you throw enough dung at a wall for a long enough period of time (i.e. "US is Best" positive propaganda) eventually something sticks. There's a very simple way to check my beliefs... Study the high building standards back then and how quickly they evaporated up 'til now in the name of 'PROFITS.' May you live in interesting times.
