Japan has initiated additional testing since they had their first case in 2001. That is a normal response.

Kenneth how can Japan have safer beef if it has reported its 8th Mad Cow case in three years as compared to our one? How do you base your facts on...or is it simply propoganda and false information that you wish to spread?
I really would appreciate an answer to your claim that meat is safer in a country with 8 cases of mad cow and also a higher history of hoof and mouth disease.

It is apparent you simply make things up.

Japan has safer beef than the US. Why? Because they test each and every animal slaughtered.
