So are you saying the NASDAQ at 2003 is in as big a bubble today with WCOM, pets.com, FreeMarket, CMGI, etc. all gone or penny stocks, as it was at 5000?

No, definitely not. This is more of an "echo bubble" in my opinion, as most of the "sheeple" forget the lessons learned the hard way from the bear market... Them sheeple will eventually be fleeced again of course, with some going bald permanently! LOL
