Look at the bright side, outsourcing may come to a
halt pretty soon if the dollar decline continues...

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "real property",
but gold (for example) was certainly up by more than
10% (priced in dollars) last year.

Americans also measure their debt in dollars, and
that declined too (in real terms)!
