Some interesting views from the fine folks at the Bush War Blog.com

babelogue.citypages.com:8080/sperry/

Mark A.R. Kleiman has been doing some heavy duty holiday posting, with critiques markarkleiman.com
of William Saletan's hatchet job on Howard Dean,
slate.msn.com
and a rip on Glenn Reynolds
markarkleiman.com
over the Valerie Plame affair (Kleiman is the man for details on this scandal). For what it's worth, I don't think Saletan was very rough on Dean, but Glenn "Instahack" Reynolds has gone from David Brooks-like suburban thickheadedness to outright propaganda. I don't bother to post all the attacks I see on Reynolds, mostly because I don't think Bush Wars readers bother with his puerile brand of apologisms and smears.

The favorable Kucinich press just keeps rolling. The Christian Science Monitor
csmonitor.com
finds more nice things to say about the only candidate less likely than Al Sharpton to get the Democratic nod.

Over at BuzzFlash, Ted Kennedy weighs in
buzzflash.com
on Tom Daschle's record. I view Daschle much like I do Dick Gephardt. He's definitely on our side, but sometimes you have to take his word for it because his actions aren't always what you'd hope for.

A party switch by Barbara Hafer has Kos all a twitter.

I agree: any legitimate challenge to Rick Santorum is a good thing.

That last poll shows Clark going down. Dean, Lieberman and Gephardt too. Kerry is the only one who was up. Hard to believe Clark's no gaining. I think polls these says are screwy. I also cannot believe that more than 20-30% of Dems are going to back Dean, a guy who is headed for a date with a wood chipper if he gets nominated. Kerry-Clark remains my hope, because anyone else and I see Bush again. Kerry-Clark or even Clark-Kerry and I see no more GW.
