SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- Dell (DELL), the world's No. 1 personal-computer company, said Friday it would offer zero-percent interest financing to consumers. Dell said the offer good for purchases of $500 more between Jan. 3 and Jan. 30, and applied to 12 months worth of financing on consumer electronics and personal computers.
