whatever wstera, call it a surplus, call it a smaller deficit, no matter really as far as I am concerned. The GAO is issuing deficit warnings to the US. This never happened in the 90s. Goldman says the federal budget is out of control. If this was what was happening in the 90s I would have called Clinton on it too. This budget is a mess and the world knows it, it is a pork fest beyond imagination, even things like social security which we all know is insolvent have been extended dramatically under Bush. Amazing.
