Hey, the Founding Fathers gave us a great foundation to work with. But from time to time things have needed to be tuned up as well. That's why they included the manual so that we could make adjustments. You know like giving blacks and women the vote. The electoral college is another dinosaur that needs to be axed. Since usually the result of the election's popular and electoral votes are the same, people have not taken much issue with it. That is likely to change if this kind of thing happens again, and this time it should be Bush winning the popular vote, while the democrat wins the electoral count. That'll rattle you into action...maybe even revolution? Orca
