Its the kids Karen. In many cases they are not motivated and disinterested. Single mom families or two earner families dont help. Broken homes, violence yield a school system that tries more to be a remedial family than a place for education. The pressure on the lower class and lower part of the middle class are enormous. It is not the 50s anymore. It is a hell of alot easier to send women to the moon. Are you up for that? There are some posters here who may want to contribute??? <gg>
