No more the shotgun ammo, that's all steel now. Gone is tetraethyl lead in gas too. Most people have got the lead out of their undies as well, having been told now for so long. Car batteries are still a big one, as lead-lead sulphate is hard to beat for a long life rechargeable battery. Lead for lead solder for electronics is not a huge use. They need a special low radio lead for computers as well, which is hard to find. Used to be in body metal fixings, but that is mostly glass/resin etc now.

Diver's weights .. paper weights, still most ammo. Bottom paint for ocean going ships. Assaying reagants. Coffin lining, x-ray protection.

I guess I had better rephrase my question since it was not clear what I was asking:

I would like to know, what is the purest play in lead? Where do your put your money to make money off a rise in the price of lead?
