Yes, I believe congress will approve too much spending. Each vote should be closely looked at, at election time...democrat or republican.

BTW, how do you like Dean? He wants to add $100,000,000 in new spending...and increase taxes...whatever happened to not buying the votes and managing a budget? This is about there getting elected. It is not about us.
