Kerry, DJ: Expect milking the Telecoms again. European governmets sucked capital real good out of operators through UMTS spectum auctions. Money earned through auctions went to dampen budget deficits. This year they will go after telcoms again. They will -starting this year- dump shares that they still own in the incumbents.

But don't revert to me saying: Why Elmat keep saying there is going to be a re-nationalization and reverting back privazatition?
(You'd say that if you were pezz who is always scrutinizing my postings)

Keep in mind that it is a pendulum movment. From state-owned enterpise, to private enterpise and then reverting back to stateowned enteropise.
But keep in mind the time scale. It took from 1984 BT first privatition of stateowned telcos, up to 2004 to complete the spendulum swing.

Then the pendulum will revert back to nationalization as voice calls are ported to mobile and teleocms fixed lines are left only to service businesses and oldies who got stuck in there.

It is going to take the next 15 years for the pendxulum to swing back.
