Goodmorning RR! Yes! The weather is weird here also. Had my coffee outside this morning. I hope we are not going to have to pay for this good with bad. This reminds me of nice weather we had last year with severe storms that followed. I just looked and it looks like we will be in the high 20's next weekend. Still not bad for this time of year. Still in the market.....trying to hold......a little longer. Had a good week until yesterday and it pooped on me. :-) Hope you have a nice weekend. Still hanging with XMSR.
