I believe you will never understand. You have some pathological disorder that prevents you from seeing things clearly. You are a very angry man and I suspect it has more to do with a personal problem affecting you, rather than any other matter.

You just need to scream because you feel life dealt you from the bottom of the deck. Maybe so, but you, like me, are little more than a grain of sand on a huge beach. Neither of us controls the tide and shouldn't be so selfish and presumptuous to believe a terrible thing in our existence should affect the entire beach. We play with the cards dealt us.

The fact that somebody lied sometime about something has no bearing on whether another person lied on another occasion about something else. All you can do is show that it is possible for the government or the media to lie. Since we already know that, it is not terribly interesting. That is not a matter of ideological superstition, that is a matter of plain fact. Heck, a lot of people dismissed the Holocaust as a bunch of atrocity propaganda, until Allied troops began coming upon the extermination camps and freeing the inmates, and found out it was worse than any one could have imagined. People like Alexander Cockburn trivialized the Ukrainian terror famine, and asserted that the numbers were inflated for propaganda purposes. Once the Soviet archives were opened, it turned out that Robert Conquest was the closest to the truth of any Western historian, and that millions had died. A lot of things that are dismissed as propaganda turn out to be true, in whole or in part.......
