Victor "The Clairvoyant" Lazlo, Why do you continue to insist on putting words in my mouth? I don't want the market's to tank. I suspect the bubble will continue to expand bigger and longer than prudence would indicate. Not only do you think you know what I think you can also predict the GDP for 2004.

You made a unfathomable statement regarding the ability of refinancing one's mortgage to keep them from getting back into debt too deep. Refinancing allows one to extract the perceived increase in value of one's home at a lower interest rate. How does that get one out of debt? It gets you DEEPER into debt.

BTW, rising interest rates means less demand to purchase Treasurys and with such a large percentage of US Treasurys being purchased by foreign investors a rise in rates is not likely to support the dollar. The dollar is in what will turn out to be a multiyear bear market. I'm investing in Asia partially for this reason.

Please speak for yourself and stop this feeble nonsense of putting words in my mouth.

Ok, Mr Bush isn't the only one born with a silver spoon in his mouth, but, he is the stupiest one to waste the potential his family's wealth afforded him.
