Well,,,not bullish at all, but one cannot ignore the evidence. And, hence, it seems program-trading systems will attempt every slippery trading methodology to keep the Dow above 9000, for as long as they can.

However, it seems as they attempt to trade the Dow sideways from 11,000 - 9,000, or so, for the next several months/2 or 3-years or so, micro-cap stocks will offer the largest impact, risk/reward. In summary, stay clear of stocks that program trading systems have their hooks into. i.e. All Dow 30 and NASDAQ 100 stocks.

Nothing, like hiring the smartest mathematians in the World to control numbers, numbers and more numbers, called the US stock market.
