I gave my response, but to no avail. I have a very strong inclination that you and Steve Meyer are the same person...................the style and types of questions you ask are a mirror image of him. I believe I suggested to Steve to obtain an excellent book on this topic by R.C.Sproul, called " Chosen by God ".
