Chinu, any World leader of a country harboring terrorist's or terrorist activity is now taking a second look at their activities and weighing weather or not it is in their best interest to continue these activities considering the recent moves made by the USA against just such countries.
They are becoming profoundly aware that there are Economic as well as tangible physical liabilities to pursue other than friendly directions.

Gadafi, Jung II are not reacting to the capture of Saddam Hussein directly but rather the combination of actions taken by the USA toward beligerants and overt terrorism and the overt display of familiarity with WMD ie Nuclear weapons.
I think we will hear from Iran very soon also regards their Nukes.........
