First Bush worried rightly about Osama,

Well, not exactly. First Milt Beardon and the CIA hired Osama bin Laden when George's Dad was President. Then no one particularly paid a lot of attention to OBL, except Libya's Kaddafi who swore out the first Interpol warrant for OBL's arrest.

Then we bombed an aspirin factory, and then George Bush took a vacation.

Among that list, who did the right thing? <gg>
