We have an administration that doles out domestic aid based upon weather you are faith-based organization or not. Foreign aid is based upon not on need but on weather you are good or bad for corporate foreign investment.

RE MU and RMBS just based of geopolitical location
Boise, ID will win 9 times out of 10 vs Los Altos, CA with this administration. Also, nice guys always finish last.
