Bush has $200 million and no primary to spend it on. IMO, the Dems are really going to have to do this one with a ton of money and an end to bickering. Unfortunately, incumbency is a powerful thing but, unless the Dems are truly incompetent, I think it's going to be a close and bumpy race.
