There would be more more Michael Powell once Bush is gone, no matter who replaces him. However until Dean offers a precise plan about how to break up, say Viacom, which is not doing anyone any harm that I can see, he's rabble-rousing. There has to be an exact standard set not just a general condemnation of big media companies.
