<Bullshit, if Al Qaeda had regrouped, then Al Qaeda would have struck again> I do not relish future attacks -- the World Trade Center attacks were years apart. One "failed", the second was a "success". There was never any reason to believe that further attacks would follow without another fairly long interval. Two years without another big US attack means nothing.
