Federal Debt
In the first 30 days of December the Federal Debt supposedly declined by $10 billion.
In the last 24 hours it rose by $86 billion.

They hold the bad news back as long as they are able.

compare rents to mortgage payments to get a real sense of true demand.

Many who rented before opted to buy due to the low rates.
