I don't think I have even begun to speak my mind about this administration.

How about you feelings on hard core criminals?

I guess that depends on how you define hard core. But I'll assume that you are talking about murders, rapers and such. I'm for strong penalties for serious crimes. Who wouldn't be?

Should all the perks be taken from the jails?

For murderers, yes four walls and a toilet is all they deserve. No perks, no exercise, no visitation, no interaction with the other inmates. They should have access to counsel, but that's it. In short...no perks for criminals.

How do you feel about the death penalty?

I'm against the death penalty. I'm for life without parole under austere conditions for cases that now would be sentenced to death. No perks, not even a pencil and paper. No books, no movies, no TV, no weight room. Nothing. Confined to the cell for life. They would be allowed to have contact with an attorney under strict guidelines, that would preserve his rights to redress any mis-justice found in the case.

This is my personal opinion on how serious offender should be treated. I'm sure it's way more harsh then what they get in today's justice system. I do consider life in prison to be harsher than death. Death is the easy way out, especially the way they do it today.

But on the other hand death is irreversible, and should new evidence be brought, then we have recourse to right a wrong.
