Dean needs to get Iraq off his back. He needs to come up with a credible plan that would entail bringing in more foreign troops. At this point, probably would help just to offer other countries a better deal, get some of our troops out of there yet maintian full US command over all operations in Iraq as part of that deal. I think that is what people want. Atleast they would live with that. Probably be able to cut our troops in half, then manage the place from a higher level, enforce our version of democracy that way. I doubt weather or not the public really cares if Haliburton makes all the money or not, just that things go our way and we retain control.

Then Dean can focus on the economy. I don't know how bad it is out there for a lot of people. I'm in all day trading. But if it is bad for low and middle wage workers, then Bush would be very vulnerable to Dean, once he gets iraq off of his back... probably the sooner the better too.
