Lindy, the air is disgusting. The Kremlin style Californian 5 year central planning committee for the allocation of power caused large problems in California when a pretend deregulation of the industry failed to do it right despite being in the citadel of free enterprise and the land of the free [or free-in-some-ways] and the home of the brave, but fretful and fearful, with Homeland Security checking out their supermarket purchases for any oxidizing products or unusual patterns of behaviour, for their own safety of course.

I don't think the Chinese have got a chance of figuring out an instantaneous power pricing system. It would take a LOT of deregulation and foreign corporations and investment and those dopey companies don't know how to do it anyway, though they are getting a bit better.

Coughing in Beijing,
