I just had a bad experience with purchasing my DELL computer. I had to go through a circular route to talk a life person, that took way too long. The person I was finally able to talk to, had a 1 to 2 second delay before the answer came back, and sounded like they had marbles in their month, finally, they wouldn't change my terms. I have bought 6 DELL computers though the years, I see no reason why DELL couldn't give me better terms when I order my computer days before the new financing and before it shipped. I'm pissed and unhappy about it. My take on the above is DELL getting too fat to handle customers without using a robot or some off shore answering service. Very BAD, cold, and impersonal.

po'd, most likely ex DELL customer.

Bill,
Hi!!

re: DELL upgrade to strong buy...

Hey, DELL's put two potentially large revenue gainers on the table in a relatively short period of time...
Ink and plasma screens...
I can think of no one holding this stock or interested in buying it that would not like to know their actual beliefs of what % of the market share they can garner with either of these...Plus, the additional contracts that they can further win by providing A-Z to any particular corporation...
Quite sure that these are some of the reasons for the upgrade...Not just because Michael Dell has recently mentioned that the coporate demand is returning...

Best, Kemble
