Krauthammer's writing is full of holes, and logical jumps. But no matter because you simply glide over the bumps, because you are focused on only one thing, licking the boots of Bush.

Saddam is captured. Great. Now what? And for months and months the administration hounded that his capture was not important. Now suddenly it is important?

As for Gadhafi, great. Back into the fold of the world of nations.

I don't know what motivated Gadhafi. There were several things going on. The Lockerbie trials for one. Also there were several large oil and gas contracts about to expire, and grandfathered in oil companies were going to have to leave Libya if the sanctions were not lifted.

But then the result does not justify the means. And when the means is pre-emptive war and lies, how can we admire the fruits of such policy? And certainly a policy such as Bush follows will generate an equal amount of "compliance" as it foments more hatred and terror. Hitler used pre-emptive war too. And many nations capitulated and did nothing as he took over Austria and Czechoslovakia.

How can we admire the fruits of such policy? We can't. We can only hope that in 2004 we can get some real leadership back in this country.

Vote Democrat for a return to democratic principles.

Thanks,
Orca
